Like many businesses, Brett's company experienced a summer slowdown. However, leveraging our process and strategic approach, we developed a warm traffic promotion that created a surge of calls and sales for Brett during this period. Our partnership with Brett spans almost a year, during which we have successfully doubled his monthly revenue through our targeted ad campaigns.

The Strategy:

We implemented an Open House promotion strategy for Brett. This strategy was chosen to leverage his warm leads and engage in an open dialogue with them, ultimately leading them to book a call.

To implement this strategy, we assisted Brett in setting up a Zoom meeting where he hosted a Q&A style webinar. We strategized with him on how to target his warm leads, including posting in his Facebook group and crafting promotional emails to his existing list. Additionally, we set up face-to-camera and testimonial ads to generate new leads.

The main objective of this strategy was to provide a platform for Brett to interact directly with his warm leads, answer their questions, and guide them towards booking a call to discuss his marketing services for dentists.

Within the funnel, Brett's product/service is his marketing agency for dentists, priced at $2500 per month. The primary focus was on driving leads to book a call and explore the potential partnership with Brett's agency.

Throughout the implementation, our team successfully utilized the warm audience we had been cultivating for months. By retargeting these leads in a fresh and engaging manner, we facilitated a dynamic interaction where the audience could meet Brett, ask live questions, and gain deeper insights into his services.

The Results:

As a result of our implemented strategy, we have witnessed significant improvements and achieved incredible outcomes for our client over the last year.

Throughout the week of June 16th to June 22nd, we strategically allocated an ad spend of $1,004.98 to drive targeted traffic. Our efforts were met with massive success as we achieved a great link clickthrough rate (CTR) of 3.94%, showcasing a total of 2,789 link clicks. The cost per link click was exceptionally low, averaging at just $0.36, highlighting the proven effectiveness of our ad targeting and messaging approach.

One of the key objectives of our strategy was to drive registrations for Brett's Open House webinar through Zoom. We accomplished this goal with 45 registrants, comprising a mix of organic and paid leads. The cost per registrant came out to $22 for a $2500 offer.

Our strategy resulted in a significant boost in sales. Although we are awaiting confirmation on the exact number of sales, the revenue generated from a single sale is $2,500 for the first month. This increase in monthly revenue since our collaboration is a testament to the effectiveness of our marketing strategies and the value we have brought to Brett's business.

We have attached screenshots of the top-performing ads, highlighting their compelling messaging and visual elements. These ads played a pivotal role in capturing the attention of our target audience and driving them towards taking action.
