This month, I’m thrilled to showcase Caitlin Scott, a remarkable client who has been working with us for the past 4 months. Caitlin is a trailblazer in the field of healing arts and healing modalities training, as well as business development training for holistic practitioners. Her signature program, D-Codes, is offered exclusively during specific times of the year and has gained significant traction in the industry.

Before joining our team, Caitlin had worked with other marketing companies for ads management but was not satisfied with the results. Since partnering with us, Caitlin has experienced her biggest course launch yet, going $100k over her original launch goal. The Strategy

When Caitlin first approached us, she was seeking a team that could enhance her existing strategies and alleviate her workload. She had a clear vision for her business and a strong desire to expand her reach. Her signature program, D-Codes, and her exclusive retreats for healers were already making waves in her niche. Our task was to take these successful elements and elevate them to new heights.

We built her strategy around the primary goal of maximizing sales of the D-Codes program and upsell her exclusive retreat. With an initial goal of $350,000 for this launch we first launched a strategic visibility campaign. We then focused on ad campaigns that would track landing page views so we could get them live 30 days before Caitlin’s launch. These ads were designed to generate excitement about the upcoming launch and achieve a low cost per landing page view.

Next we launched registration ads for Caitlin’s live video series, a 3-part masterclass, that led to the core offer priced at $2,500 with an upsell to an exclusive retreat. Our lead generation goal based on the sales goal, was to generate 1,000 leads.

This strategy underscores the power of a client's clear vision and our team's expertise in strategy execution. By leveraging Caitlin's strong messaging and our tailored approach for her unique niche, we crafted a journey that not only met but aimed to exceed the set objectives. The Results

Caitlin’s launch took place over the course of 45 days and included visibility ads, registration ads, a 3-part series, and finally the open cart phase. The results of this launch were impressive, with a total ad spend of $9,885.16, generating 1,519 leads at a cost per lead of $6.51 each.

The overall revenue generated from the launch was $470,000, with our cold traffic campaign responsible for bringing in 35% (or more) of that amount. This means that our efforts contributed to at least $164,500 in revenue. Caitlin's initial goal for the launch was $350,000, and the actual revenue exceeded that goal by $100,000.

The sales conversion rate for the launch was 35%, with an average order value (AOV) of $2,500. The return on investment (ROI) for the launch was 1,562.56%, and the return on ad spend (ROAS) was 16.63x. These figures demonstrate the success of the launch and the effectiveness of our strategy in driving more sales and revenue for Caitlin's business.

Caitlin’s launch was a resounding success, with our strategic efforts contributing to a significant portion of the overall revenue. Our creative team was able to effectively capture the brand’s complex messaging angle and infuse that into the copy and creative and capture the attention of their audience. We also saw incredible success with the retargeting ads, which contributed to overall course sales.
