This month I’m thrilled to highlight Courtney Malone, one of our newer Elite clients. Courtney’s magic is in Family Photography and helping other photographers up their game through courses and templates.

Before she partnered with us this past June, she was diligently working to grow her business solo and trying to plan and implement her organic and paid marketing on her own. The Strategy

When we did our initial audit of Courtney’s funnel we agreed that she already had an excellent lead magnet and we just needed to create a process to better utilize it. Our goal was to craft a journey for potential clients, leading them from the initial awareness stage, through nurturing and building trust, and then ultimately guide them to take action and purchase her high-ticket Lifestyle Lighting Framework Course.

As we started the process of building her custom strategy we took a deep dive into all of her existing materials and refined each of them with clearer, more aligned messaging and designed creatives tailored to be a seamless extension of her brand and capture the attention of her target audience.

Leveraging the new copy and design assets, we rolled out visibility and lead generation ads. The results were outstanding: an impressive 539 warm leads and 18 course sales, generating a 16.7x ROAs!

Our strategic approach was custom made for Courtney’s unique business and specific niche in photography and photography education. We focused on creating a streamlined, engaging journey for each potential customer. This, combined with Courtney’s foundational assets, allowed us to surge past our initial goals, almost tripling the expected sales.

The Results

Courtney's achievements in just one month have been nothing short of spectacular. The investments in her ads were strategic and carefully monitored. With an ad spend of only $427.56, she attracted a total of 539 leads averaging $1.14 each, and her landing page converting at 58% which is significantly higher than any industry standard.

The end game of these efforts was sales, and this is where the results blew us away. From these leads, Courtney secured 18 sales of her course priced at $397, bringing in a total revenue of $7,146. This means she achieved a sales conversion rate of 3.34%, which is a huge accomplishment for a higher investment course. For every dollar she spent on advertising, she made back 16.7 times that amount, achieving a 16.7x ROAs.

These results highlight how the strategy's effectiveness combined with Courtney’s compelling offer create a perfect partnership. This phenomenal outcome within just a month places Courtney in a strong position for further scaling and growth.
