This month I’m thrilled to be featuring one of our Elite clients, Jill Ethier, and the incredible success she has had building her warm leads! Jill teaches how to use Feng Shui to shift the energy in your home and life. She has a video series, course, and membership.

Before working with our done-for-you agency services, Jill was a student in our marketing course. While she did have paid offers, she wasn’t using ads to create more leads and gain additional clients. During the course, she created a new paid offer, and started running visibility ads. Although this new offer was a better fit for her ideal clients, things moved much slower than she had hoped.

Jill joined our Elite done-for-you ad support in mid-July. Right away, we began working with her on a strategy, writing copy, designing all creatives for her ads, and setting up the necessary tech to run ads. Jill has been thrilled with being able to move at a much faster pace within her business by having our skilled team around her.

The Strategy:

Jill's main strategy is to attract leads with her lead magnet. Upon signing up, all subscribers receive a special one-time offer as a tripwire. She also has a webinar we direct both warm and cold leads to where she pitches her course.

The advantage of this strategy is that we have two opportunities to generate leads and warm up her new audience.

Additionally, there is a low-cost offer before the higher-priced course in this strategy. By doing this, leads can get a glimpse into Jill's teachings to make their decision easier when being pitched her course.

With the help of the agency, we were able to get Jill’s entire strategy up and running with very little lifting on her end. She was able to quickly go from only visibility ads to an entire funnel built and executed so she can start building warm leads to sell to.

This is an excellent example of how to warm up your leads for your main offer while utilizing a lower-priced offer to recoup ad costs, but also as a stepping stone to lead to her bigger offer.

The Impact:

Prior to working with Hirsh, Jill was only running visibility ads without collecting emails. She now has a highly converting landing page filling her pipeline with hundreds (and growing) of quality leads. Now Jill has an email list of highly interested potential clients and customers.

Data Drives Actions

When Jill onboarded with Hirsh, we created projections which we keep as our guide. We then track all data to allow us to see how the funnel is working based on our projections. Because of this, we found the first gap in her funnel, which allowed us to quickly take action and we made adjustments to her messaging. As a result, her Cost Per Lead went down. Without projections and continually tracking data, we would not have noticed this gap.

A Team Increases Speed & Results

It can be common for a business owner to try and handle all their marketing alone, but one of the biggest things Jill learned was the power of a team. We were able to plan, strategize and execute her entire funnel build quickly, and we were also able to create a higher volume of copy and creative versions to test than she previously could. This contributed to the low cost per lead and high Click Through Rate. As of now, we are refreshing copy and creative about every 2-3 weeks with new and innovative ideas.
