I’m so excited to once again shine a spotlight on our Elite client, Mallory, this month. As a seasoned functional nutritionist, she continues to inspire and empower individuals diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, guiding them towards a healthier future by controlling their blood sugar levels and A1C.

Mallory's flagship program, The Type 2 Transformation Program, remains an incredible solution for so many people. This 12-week online journey teaches individuals a comprehensive approach to blood sugar regulation and A1C management, thereby enabling them to put Type 2 Diabetes in remission and reclaim their health.

It's been over half a year since Mallory traded sales calls for a more sustainable approach. She first came to us in December 2022, and was exhausted from burnout but hopeful that our partnership could turn things around for her and her business.
Today, I am thrilled to share an update on Mallory's continued success with our support. The Strategy:

Mallory's strategy revolves around a simple and cyclical approach of attracting consistent leads via an evergreen lead generation funnel for her 21 Kitchen Essentials guide. Once the new lead has downloaded the guide, they are warmed up and invited to her webinar through a series of nurture emails. We later convert more of these leads into buyers during her live challenges. These live challenges provide a look into her unique and specific approach toward managing diabetes and offers a preview of her comprehensive 12-week program.

To support her lead generation efforts, we run retargeting ads aimed at anyone in the US aged 40-65+ who clicked on the 21 Kitchen Essentials opt-in landing page within the last 30 days, leading them to the webinar landing page to register. During the webinar, Mallory shares an order link to her 12-week program, offering an immediate gateway for potential clients. Every other month, Mallory invites her leads to join a live 5 day challenge that serves as a nurturing component in her funnel while also providing a deeper look into Mallory’s unique approach toward managing diabetes.

Mallory's live challenges, offered three times since our collaboration, play a crucial role in this strategy. With incredible conversion rates, these challenges have resulted in phenomenal 40x, 20x, and 20x ROAS.

The Results:

Mallory's performance in July has been remarkable, with considerable results from lead generation and webinar engagement. She invested $1,201 toward lead generation which brought in 3,529 leads at just $0.34 each with the landing page converting at an impressive 38%. For the webinar, she spent an additional $500 and attracted 308 registrants with a cost per lead of $1.62 and a landing page that converted at an exciting 30%.

This calculated investment has reaped substantial sales. With an overall ad spend of $1,702.01, Mallory recorded 15 sales totaling $18,735 translating into an average order value of $1249 and an impressive 11x ROAS. It’s important to note that the influx of high-quality leads and webinar sales prior to her upcoming launch not only ensures she begins with positive revenue but also fosters a larger, warmed-up audience. This success, combined with the large volume of new leads, sets her up for an impactful launch in August.

By combining regular live challenges with a steady and ROI positive evergreen funnel, we’ve been able to develop a strategy that is both effective and rewarding. She not only earns a consistent income but also positively changes lives. All this, without the need for 1:1 sales calls that were taking up all of her time.
